Why print two labels on one page?
A shipping label is 4×6 inches, so printing one on a full 8.5×11 sheet wastes more than half the page. If you ship a few orders a week without a thermal printer, putting two labels per page halves your paper and ink and lets you use cheap half-sheet shipping labels: peel-and-stick sheets with two 8.5×5.5 in labels, like Avery 5126 or 8126.
How it works
- Add your labels. Drop in label PDFs from Vinted, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Etsy, USPS, UPS or anywhere else. Full-page labels are cropped automatically.
- Pick your paper. Choose US Letter or A4.
- Print. Each sheet holds two labels, turned sideways to fit, with a dashed line to cut along. Print at 100% scale.
Printing on half-sheet label paper
- Load the label sheets in your printer's paper tray the way your printer's manual shows for the printing side.
- Set paper size to Letter (or A4) and scale to 100% / Actual size, not "Fit to page".
- Do a test print on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet to check the alignment.
- An odd number of labels leaves the bottom half blank. Save that sticker for your next order.
Have a thermal printer? Use the Vinted label to 4×6 converter instead for one label per 4×6 sticker.
FAQ
Will the barcode still scan?
Yes. Labels are placed at full size, not shrunk, and PDF labels keep their original sharp vector artwork. Just print at 100% scale.
Can I use plain paper and tape?
Yes. Print on regular paper, cut along the dashed line, and tape the label to your package with clear tape that doesn't cover the barcode with wrinkles.
Is it free and private?
Completely free with no sign-up. Your labels are processed in your browser and never uploaded.
